Orders and prices

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. We may correct obvious pricing or product-description errors before dispatch.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and inspect goods promptly after delivery.

Returns

Consumers may have statutory cancellation and return rights. Products must be returned safely and, where applicable, in their original condition. Bespoke, used or damaged items may not qualify for a full refund unless faulty.

Liability and safety

Products must be used in accordance with their instructions, load rating and applicable safety guidance. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
