Damaged or incorrect items
Please include the product code, delivery date and photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label where available. Do not use a ladder that appears damaged. Keep the packaging while the issue is being reviewed.
Missing items
Tell us which items are missing and whether you have received any other parcels from the order. Include your order number so the team can check the delivery.
Returns
Read our Shipping & Returns information and contact the team for the appropriate return instructions. Do not send goods to an unconfirmed return address.
