Delivery

Orders are delivered to eligible UK addresses. Available delivery options, charges and estimated times are shown during checkout. Some oversized products or remote locations may require an additional charge or a separate delivery arrangement.

Please inspect the packaging and product promptly. Report visible damage, missing parts or an incorrect item as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs where relevant.

Cancellations and returns

If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel an online order within the period provided by UK consumer law. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.

Returned goods should be unused, securely packaged and complete with accessories and documentation. You are normally responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary.
