Damages:

If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours (weekdays) of delivery via email. Include photographic evidence of the damages to support your claim. Please note that we are unable to accept any damaged claims after this time.

Change of Mind:

If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damages, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the goods. To initiate a return, please inform us by email of your intention to return the goods. Please be aware that we reserve the right to charge a collection charge (£25 plus VAT)* and an administration charge (£10 plus VAT) for returning the goods. If you choose to arrange your own courier, please note that administration fees will still apply.

Fault:

It is your responsibility to check the goods upon arrival and before use. If the item has a manufacturer's fault upon delivery or develops a fault during use, please inform us, and we will arrange a credit or replacement for you. Please note that the manufacturer's warranty may vary depending on the product. Our sales team will gladly provide you with additional information.

Made to Order:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any made-to-order products unless they are delivered damaged/faulty or develop a fault within the manufacturer's warranty period.

Refunds:

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item/s back in our warehouse. If you decide to return goods due to a change of mind and are using your own courier, please note that we will not be able to issue a credit if the items are delivered damaged.
