Damages:
If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours (weekdays) of delivery via email. Include photographic evidence of the damages to support your claim. Please note that we are unable to accept any damaged claims after this time.Change of Mind:
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damages, you may do so within 30 days of receiving the goods. To initiate a return, please inform us by email of your intention to return the goods. Please be aware that we reserve the right to charge a collection charge (£25 plus VAT)* and administration charge (£10 plus VAT) for returning the goods. If you choose to arrange your own courier, please note that administration fees will still apply.Fault:
